Honestly, Girl Math Spending started because I was frustrated. Not with myself, but with every finance tool that assumed I had it all together already. The apps that sent shame notifications. The spreadsheets that looked like something from an accounting class. The advice that started with "just stop buying coffee" like that was ever the real problem.
The girl math thing clicked for me because it was true. Not in a self-destructive way, just in a human way. We all do the mental gymnastics.
